Do you believe in change?
I do.
I believe in change, and I believe that change is characterized by the following:
1. Change is possible
2. Change can happen in all directions
3. Change is reversible (usually)
4. Change is actually happening!
5. Change may not be stopped but can be diverted.
Yes, if you believe in change you have to believe that it is possible.
Yes, change has the possibility to happen in all directions, but you can have a major role in directing it to desired directions.
Change is usually reversible; you may go back to your original state.
Change is happening whether you decided to take a part in it or not; it is happening.
Everyone of us is undergoing a process of change.
Learning- as acquisition of knowledge and experience - is a major process of change that happens in every individual.
The teacher has a major role in this process of change; i.e. learning.
The teacher here is the agent of change.
He/she is the facilitator if not to say the catalyst of this change process.
