No one is not religious.
No one does not have a religion.
Even atheists, are religious! Yes, and "atheism" is their religion!

Even those who claim that they live a totally secular life, "secularity" is their religion!

Eventually, religion is "a way of living".
Who does not have a way of living? Then who would not have a religion?

Based on this everybody has a "religion", and everyone is religious.
Everyone is practicing his "own" religion which is his "way of living".

Everyone has a "deity" to worship.
What the person is valuing most and devoting the major part of his life to would be his "deity" whom he is ultimately "worshiping".
