HEADACHES : FISH (PROTEIN)
Eat lots of fish as fish oil helps to prevent headaches. So does ginger which reduces inflammation and pain.

الGINGER ؟؟=زنجبيل
والCRANBERRY؟؟=نوع من أنواع التوت الحامض جدا
والWHEAT BRAN= قمح مجروش
CABBAGE ؟؟=ملفوف
والCELERY ؟؟= ما يسمى بالكرفس
