إن مواد التعقيم، وخاصة صابون التعقيم او المضاد للباكتيريا و الجراثيم،
يحتوي على مادة ضارة، و هي نوع من المبيدات، و اسمها :
Triclosan
و لكن هذا ليس الاسم العلمي، بل اسم مختصر، لذلك قد لا تجدون هذه الكلمة على اغلب العبوات،
لذلك كونوا حريصين ان تقرأوا التركيب قبل ان تشتروا المنتج،
و ابحثوا عن الاسم العلمي الذي تجدوه على هذه الصفحة:

و بشكل عام خذوها قاعدة لا تشتروا صابون او مواد تنظيم مضادة للبكتيريا و الجراثيم
فقد اثبتت الدراسات أصلاً ان هذه المواد لا تنظف أكثر من الصابون العادي الطبيعي !

What is it? Triclosan, a widespread antibacterial pesticide. But antibacterial soap made with triclosan isn't any better than regular soap, according to the FDA. And the American Medical Association recommends not using products containing triclosan because it may cause resistance to antibiotics.
So why is it still so widely used, and virtually unregulated? The Environmental Protection Agency has failed to evaluate it in the past but is looking into it right now. In the meantime, EWG is keeping the pressure on EPA, calling for manufacturers to stop using it, and recommending that consumers avoid it.
