I have a question for you, if you have time and find
it interesting to look at.
I would like to know the opinion of most muslim
scholars about currency trading.
I never saw a criticism on it and it seems widly
accepted in the Golf, while I personnaly can't
concider it islamicaly correct at all based on my
personal understanding of islamic finance.

As most forex trading is on the margin (this means that most people borrow money with interest to bargain in the market), it is haram.

If people are trading with their own money and they are just selling and buying when getting the real asset, it has different ruling.
