But the other part is true.

Other points I found astonishigly true

انا لا اتفق مع الاخت سماح ان مجال المهن كبير جدا بحيث يشمل كل شيء.
معظم المهن تناسبني وتناسب شخصيتي وقريبة فعلا مما عملت به الا مجال العناية بالاطفال فهو لا يستهويني.
لاحظوا انهم لم يضعوا لي مهنة المذيع او القائد او التاجر او السياسي... فهذه لا تناسبني فعلا..
صحيح ما قيل عني بخصوص المثالية والمبادىء... فانا مغرق فيها لدرجة اني لا انفع للعمل في كثير من الاعمال على ارض الواقع لصعوبة تقديم اي تنازل عندي عن مبادئي.. وهذا شيء حسن ولكنه خاطىء احيانا.. فبعض الامور تحتاج لمرونة وتنازلات.. خاصة مجالات التجارة والسياسة.

ليس هذا عيبا فكثير من المفكرين والمصلحين فاقت اداورهم في التاريخ ادوار القادة
مثلا الثورة الشيوعية مدينة لكارل ماكس المفكر بقدر ما هي مدينة للينين القائد الثوري.
والحركات الجهادية مدينة لسيد قطب المفكر بقدر ما هي مدينة للقادة الميدانيين.
وقد تكلم عن هذا الموضوع ايضا الاخ هنا الحقيقة في موضوع صلاح الدين الأيوبي حين ذكر الفرق بين القائد والمصلح.

بالنسبة للتنظيم فأنا متيقنة ان نظام حياتي ليس منظم

و هناك أمثلة عندي عن تأجيل أمور كثيرة مثلاً.. بسبب او بدون سبب..

و ليس بالضرورة ان يبدو لكم في الكتابات.. كيف سيبدو؟

ممكن هناك مثال حصل في المنتدى، اني بدأت بمنتدى التنمية المستدامة بمشروع صغير مع الأخت داليا السيد و الى الآن لم استطع أن التزم بإتمامه.. و السبب انني انشغلت بأشياء أخرى... و لا استطيع ان ارتب الأولويات
و غالباً يضيع معي وقت كثير بمجرد التفكير .. بماذا أبدأ.. فليس عندي شي واضح حتى أسير عليه...


أما بالنسبة للاعتماد على الحواس اكثر من الاحساس الداخلي.. ربما قد أكون أجبت على الأسئلة المتعلقة بذلك بشكل كيف أظن انه ينبغي أن يكون ، دون أن أجيب كيف أنا حقيقة أفعل ذلك
فصحيح أظن ان معظم الأحيان الاحساس الداخلي هو الذي يتحكم بقراراتي أكثر من الأمور التي أراها حولي او قد ألمسها

فقد أجد مثلاً فرصة مناسبة و كل ما يظهر فيها و يدل عليها يدل على انها ممتازة
الا ان احساسي الداخلي قد يقول عكس ذلك فأبعد عنها...


ربما قد أعيد الإختبار للمرة الثالثة... مع اني زهقت منه

و هناك أمثلة عندي عن تأجيل أمور كثيرة مثلاً.. بسبب او بدون سبب..
فأظن هذا الأمر صحيح

انا هكذا إلى حد ما ولكن بما انني لعبت بالأجوبة فلم تأت النتيجة دقيقة 100%. لقد عملت صحافياً وكاتباً لفترة ما في الماضي ولا زلت اعمل إستشارياً واعشق العلاقات العامة والإعلام والعمل الإجتماعي ودرست التاريخ وهو علم إجتماعي ايضاً وقد اطلقت شركتين حتى الآن وانا اساعد المبادرين ايضاً Entrepreneurs والآن اقود فريقاً للمفاوضات مع الجامعة وهذه تحتاج لدبلوماسية كبيرة.

وارى ان في بعضاً من هذه الصفات ولكن اظن ان ناحية القيادة لم تأت في النتيجة بسبب اللعب بالأجوبة :)
لا اذكر الآن كم مرة كنت رئيساً لعمل ما وقد بدأت والحمد لله في مرحلة مبكرة جداً مع القيادة الكشفية ثم تأسيس جمعية شبابية في لبنان في عز الوجود السوري والآن اقود إتحاد الطلاب في الدراسات العليا في الجامعة وكنت قبلها رئيساً للجمعية الطلابية في الجامعة ايضاً ونادي لإطلاق الأعمال الصغيرة وجمعية الطلاب المسلمين ولا فخر لأن كل هذا بتوفيق من الله سبحانه وتعالى.

علمتني الحياة ان القائد يجب ان يكون مرناً لما يقسو الآخرون وقاسياً لما يتراخى الآخرون بينما المدراء يتبعون سياسيات القيادة العليا وبذلك يحصلون دوماً اشد اللوم :)
