then your first suggestion is more suitable, the problem is that it's hard to conform the Arabic translation to this format where each sentance starts with either do or don't

or you may want to consider the following format:
إفعل/ي:
أعيدي استخدام نفايات المطبخ والحديقة من خلال "حفرة تخمير".
لا تفعل/ي:
لا ترمي نفايات المطبخ والحديقة فإن رميها يؤدي إلى تلوث البيئة.
