On Eternity and Mustard Seed

Imagine that the entire surface of the Earth is covered with mustard seed
Imagine also that this mustard seed is 100km deep from the highest point on Earth
Now imagine that every 1000 years a bird comes and takes just one of those mustard seeds away
Think about the time it would take for all those seeds to be removed so that there would not even be one mustard seed left on Earth
In fact, this time would not even be a mustard seed sized portion of eternity
Gentle reader, where will you spend eternity?

تخيل لو ان هذه الأرض معطاة بحب الخردل (حبة صغيرة جداً) بسماكة 100 كلم فوق اعلى نقطة من سطح الأرض.

تخيل لو ان عصفوراً مر كل 1000 عام واخذ حبة خردل معه إلى الفضاء

حاول ان تحسب الوقت الضروري للعصفور لإزالة كل الحبات عن سطح الأرض بحيث لا يترك اي حبة على وجه الأرض.

هل تعلم ان هذا الوقت المطلوب لا يعادل حبة خردل إزاء الأبدية التي وعدنا بها.
